A FORMA DO ESPAÇO (2011)
UMA HISTÓRIA DE AMOR, INTRIGA E SEDUÇÃO
A partir de “A forma do espaço” integrado nas Cosmicómicas de Italo Calvino.
A cosmicómica, “A Forma do Espaço” de Italo Calvino, fala-nos do tempo em que ainda não havia universo e em que Qfwfq caía continuamente no vazio, juntamente com a desejável Úrsula H´x e o insuportável tenente Fenimore.
Ao cair, cada um pela sua trajetória paralela, seria bem possível que se encontrassem no infinito, isto se a geometria não fosse também produto do pensamento... Assim sendo, o desejo e o ciúme podiam mudar o rumo das coisas.
Para contar esta história é criado um dispositivo que se assemelha a um teatro de sombras e que, tal como a escrita de Calvino, explora duas vertentes: a científica e a romanesca, com o objectivo de criar uma enorme “fantasia”.
No final do espetáculo, os jovens são convidados a experimentar o dispositivo e criar demonstrações que contenham, simultaneamente, uma visão científica, poética e performativa.
Uma peça para jovens entre 12 e 18 anos.

THE FORM OF SPACE - A STORY OF LOVE, INTRIGUE AND SEDUCTION (2011)
Based in “The Form of Space” included in The Cosmicomics by Italo Calvino.
The Cosmicomic, "The Form of Space" by Italo Calvino, tell us about a time when there was yet no Universe and in which Qfwfq was continuously falling into the void, along with the desirable Ursula H'x and the unbearable Lieutenant Fenimore.
By falling, each one through its parallel trajectory, it would be quite likely that they would meet at infinity. That if the geometry wouldn’t not also be the product of their own thoughts... Therefore, the desire and the jealousy could yet change the course of things.
To tell this story, is created a device that resembles a shadow theater and that, as in Calvin's writing, explores two aspects: the scientific and the romantic, with the goal of creating a huge "fantasy."
At the end of the show, the spectators will be invited to try the device and create short demos that will include a scientific, poetic and performative view.
A piece for a young audience between 12 and 18 years old
